| Each unit has new appliances, beds, mattresses, sheets are furnished but you must bring your own personal towels. Units 6 and 7 have outdoor firepits and permanent outdoor grill, and units 4 and 5 share the outdoor pit but each have their own outdoor grill. Each cottage comes with one boat slip, more than one slip is available for a fee. The cottages do not have phones so you are best to bring cellulars or you can have people leave a message at the Moon Valley Bait Shop (608-493-2706) and this number is only good during business hours. The cottages are built to hold four adults and extra people are not encouraged unless small children due to space accommodations. NO PETS PLEASE! If you have a small shedless dog - if you ask, they may be allowed if you crate.
The cottages have dishes, pans, coffee pots and we try to leave napkins, paper plates, etc., but you should be prepared to supply your own. Each unit has a vacuum cleaner so you can keep your cottage tidy, please use the dish towels provided to clean and dry your dishes.
We book the summer with nightly client's first and then partial weeks next with a usual four night minimum. The week runs Saturday to Saturday so we cannot book by the weekend only. Please turn the heat/air down when you leave and make sure the fireplaces and outdoor firepits are safe.
We have a small swimming beach at your own risk - it starts out shallow and gets quite deep. We have a slide off the end of the pier to use at your own risk. All little kids should wear life jackets. We have a basketball hoop in the parking lot and we have a canoe and waterwheeler for rent by the week. Ask for pricing information and book in advance.
We are three miles from Devils Head Ski Resort and Devils Lake State Park South entrance and we are next to the State boat landing on Hwy 78 - two miles west of Merrimac. Check at the Lakeview Bait Shop located on the property next to the boat landing.

| Duplex Unit #4 and Unit #5: These units are connected with a large adjoining back deck surrounded with several nice trees which gives a nice "up north" feel and makes them great for two families. They are both carpeted with kitchens, stove and refrigerator, microwave, color tv with cable and central air. Each unit sleeps four people, unit #5 has a pull out couch in the living room that you furnish your own bedding for. Unit #4 has two single beds in the living room right nowand a queen bed in the bedroom. Both units have gas fireplaces. Each unit is $725 each side per week or $120/night each. | |

| Unit #6: A separate cottage (left) sitting directly on the lake with a wonderful view and privacy. This unit is carpeted with kitchen, stove, refrigerator, microwave, and color tv and central air, wood burning fireplace and a large deck overlooking the lake. This unit is a one bedroom with a queen bed and single in the bedroom and a daybed in the living room. Over four people result in an extra charge per night/each, as this unit is on a holding tank. $1050 per week or $185 per night

| Unit #7: A separate cottage (right) with a large deck facing the lake with a really nice view. This unit is carpeted with kitchen, stove, refrigerator, microwave, color tv with cable, VCR and of course central air. This unit has the largest living room area with a gas fireplace built in with a wonderful knotty pine wall. The two bedroom unit has a queen in one room and two singles in the other bedroom. $900/week or $140 per night.
